Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our AI innovation team. The ideal candidate will have robust proficiency in Python, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and a deep understanding of AI agent orchestration frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing GenAI workflows that drive intelligent automation and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and deploy AI-driven solutions using Python.

• Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.

• Implement and manage AI agent frameworks like AutoGen or other orchestration tools.





• Leverage Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Search and cognitive services, to build scalable GenAI applications.

• Design and experiment with GenAI workflows, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver impactful AI solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI pipelines with minimal supervision.

• Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
