Job Description:
Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors,



and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Provides vision and direction in the development of the organization's talent acquisition model, from developing results-driven recruiting and sourcing strategies through streamlining the organization's staffing and hiring processes. Partners with cross-functional departments to analyze and assess staffing needs. Establishes data-oriented recruiting approaches that leverage analytics and industry benchmarks to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
