Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to

• Experience in driving Knowledge management, training and skill development
• Drive updating of skill matrix on a quarterly basis
• Measure and report the skill score
• Map list of competencies for each role
• Prepare a schedule of trainings to be delivered
• Arrange and conduct technical trainings
• Track number of hours of training / employee
• Drive Communities of practice
• Ensure smooth knowledge flow within the organization
• Catalogue and organize technical information, use digitization to drive knowledge sharing
• Training matrix including number of hours spent in training
• Track improvement in proficiency correlated to training
