Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist – Cold Calling & Outreach (US Market) to support our business development efforts in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound prospecting activities, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects, including CPA firms, accounting firms, CFO firms, and small-to-medium-sized businesses.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-up activities.
• Introduce Finalert's Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax, FP&A;, CFO Advisory,



and Offshore Staffing services.
• Identify decision-makers and business opportunities within target accounts.
• Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, activities, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
• Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements• 1–5 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
