Your Impact:
We are looking for a Premium Support Engineer with advanced expertise in OpenText Fortify (SAST and DAST) to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic customers, helping them successfully deploy, operate, and optimize their Fortify environments. By developing a deep understanding of customer applications, security programs, and operational challenges, you will deliver proactive, high-value technical support that accelerates issue resolution, reduces risk, and strengthens application security practices. Working closely with customers, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will drive successful adoption of Fortify solutions,
enhance customer satisfaction and retention, and help customers realize the full value of their application security investments. Through your technical expertise, customer focus, and commitment to excellence, you will play a key role in building long-term customer trust and success.
What the role offers:
• Be the customer’s primary point of contact for support incidents related to a specific product center during India business hours (IST).
• Develop an in-depth understanding of your customer’s setting and implementation & develop a strong working relationship with customers.
• Leverage deep technical expertise and knowledge of your customer’s environment to resolve incidents more efficiently.
• Provide timely updates on open incidents & coordinate with other OpenText experts as needed to expedite timely resolution.
• Apply best practices to help our customers minimize operational
