Role Description The Inside Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing the inside sales team, driving lead generation activities, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions throughout the sales cycle. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying prospects, coordinating product demonstrations,



and supporting the closure of sales opportunities. The Inside Sales Team Lead will monitor performance metrics, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and collaborate closely with senior sales and operations teams to align targets and priorities. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, refining sales processes, and contributing to strategies that grow Bridgeway Power’s customer base in the solar energy market.
