Role Description The Corporate Business Development Manager is a full time,



on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves identifying and developing new corporate partnerships, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for PeopleLC’s career lifecycle solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing business development plans, conducting market research, preparing and delivering client presentations, meeting clients, and negotiating agreements with corporate clients. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, maintain detailed account records, and track performance against business targets. The position also requires representing PeopleLC at industry events, gathering feedback from partners, and contributing to continuous improvement of corporate offerings.
