About the role

VE3 is seeking an experienced Commercial & Delivery Operations Manager to manage the commercial and operational activities supporting our client engagements. The role combines contract management, account coordination, project accounting, financial oversight and resource management.

You will work closely with clients, delivery leads, Finance, HR and recruitment teams to ensure engagements are commercially controlled, appropriately staffed and accurately reported. This is a hands-on role requiring strong financial understanding, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities.

Key responsibilities

Contract and commercial management

• Coordinate the preparation, review and administration of client contracts, statements of work, purchase orders, extensions and change requests.

• Maintain a contract register covering commercial terms, deliverables, billing milestones,



renewal dates, notice periods and key obligations.

• Track contract values, purchase order balances and expiry dates, initiating extensions or additional approvals before limits are reached.

• Identify changes in scope and coordinate the associated pricing, documentation and approvals with delivery and commercial stakeholders.

• Support commercial negotiations and escalate contractual risks to the appropriate decision-makers.

• Maintain complete, accessible records of contracts, approvals and client correspondence.

Account management and client coordination

• Act as a day-to-day client contact for commercial, staffing and operational matters.

• Coordinate account reviews, prepare supporting information and track agreed actions.

• Work with delivery leads to monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

• Manage queries relating to resource availability, timesheets, purchas
