What would you do?

• Responsible for reviewing income tax provision reporting, statutory compliance, partnership taxation, and foreign information reporting. This role ensures accuracy, completeness,



and compliance with applicable tax laws and financial reporting standards
• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Income Tax Provision (ASC 740)
• 2. Statutory Tax Reporting
• 3. Partnership Compliance Frameworks
• 4. Foreign Form Compliance
• 5. Team Leadership & Process Optimization
• Progressive tax experience, with strong expertise in income tax provision and partnership taxation.
•
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 740 and statutory reporting (SSAP No. 101).
•
• Experience with foreign information reporting (Forms 926, 8865, 8621).
•
• Solid analytical skills with ability to explain complex tax matters clearly to leadership and auditors.
•
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements What are we looking for?
