Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (Canada, Australia & Germany) will oversee end-to-end operations for Infinite NXT’s international markets while being based on-site in Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role includes managing daily operational activities, aligning cross-border teams, and ensuring that processes support the company’s growth, compliance, and customer experience goals. The COO will develop and implement operational strategies,



streamline workflows, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate closely with product, finance, and technology teams. Additional responsibilities include optimizing resource allocation, supporting market entry and expansion plans, managing risk, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the regions.

• Robust Business Planning and strategic management skills, with experience designing and executing growth plans for international markets.
