Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, coordinating content for digital platforms, monitoring web analytics, and refining campaigns based on performance data.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and identifying opportunities for growth across paid and organic channels. This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and implementing multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Ability to work with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and generate actionable insights.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and collaborative teamwork.
