Role Description
We're looking for one hungry, hands-on person to own our pipeline.
Your two main goals:
1. Bring in current clients through lead generation (top priority)
2. Grow Kailash's LinkedIn followers organically
What you'll do:
• Run cold email campaigns to US companies
• Cold call US prospects and book meetings with CISOs, CTOs and founders
• Find and research companies that need compliance (SaaS, AI, fintech, healthtech)
• Post on LinkedIn every day to grow our page organically
• Run Google Ads and improve our website SEO
• Share a simple weekly report: emails, calls, posts, replies, meetings booked
Must have:
• Proven past experience in B2B lead generation, with real results (meetings booked or deals closed)
You should be hands-on with:
• Apollo, Clay, Instantly
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Google Ads and basic SEO
• Claude Code / ChatGPT for research and writing
• Email deliverability basics (warmup, bounce rates, spam checks)
Nice to have:
• US market experience
• Understanding of cybersecurity or compliance
What we offer:
• $500/month fixed
• ₹10,000 bonus for every client you help sign. Bring 10 clients and earn ₹1 lakh extra, no cap
• Fully remote, with a few hours of US overlap
• Work directly with the founders and grow with us
