Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify leads, conduct outbound calls and emails,



and nurture prospective clients through the early stages of the sales cycle. The role includes researching target markets, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. The individual will collaborate closely with business development and marketing teams to refine messaging, follow up on campaigns, and contribute to pipeline growth. Regular responsibilities also include meeting activity and conversion targets, providing feedback on market trends, and representing Mirats Insights’ solutions in a clear and professional manner.

Qualifications
• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects.
• Demonstrated Sales and Business Development capabilities, including building relationships and supporting revenue growth.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions clearly
