Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The person in this position will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, build long-term relationships,



and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with Astra Cybertech’s cybersecurity services. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales opportunities. The role involves coordinating with technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with appropriate cybersecurity solutions, monitoring account performance, and proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The Sales Account Manager will also maintain accurate records in the CRM system, provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and represent Astra Cybertech at meetings, events, and industry forums as needed.
