About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team responsible for lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, and sales conversion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for achieving their own targets but also for ensuring that the sales team consistently meets its lead generation, follow-up, conversion, and revenue targets.
You will play a key role in building a high-performing sales culture, monitoring team performance, improving sales processes, and ensuring that leads are effectively converted into customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Business Development Executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
• Track individual and team performance against defined KPIs.
• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.




• Train and mentor team members to improve their sales and communication skills.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Oversee the team's lead generation activities through cold calling, outbound outreach, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
• Monitor lead quality and ensure proper qualification before moving prospects through the sales funnel.
• Develop and improve lead generation strategies based on performance data.

Sales & Business Development
• Drive the team towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
• Support team members in handling high-value or difficult prospects.
• Assist in negotiations, presentations, and closing deals when required.
