Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based at Pompee VFX Animation Studios in Kochi. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management processes. The HR Generalist will administer employee benefits, assist with payroll coordination, and ensure HR policies are communicated and applied consistently. Responsibilities also include handling employee queries, supporting recruitment efforts, organizing training and development initiatives,



and helping foster an inclusive, collaborative studio culture. The role requires close collaboration with studio leadership and project teams to support workforce planning and address HR-related needs promptly.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, including the ability to develop, interpret, and implement studio guidelines.
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Advantages Administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
• Additional skills such as employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and HR documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills, with a focus on fairness and respect.
