We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist / Copywriter who can turn business objectives, brand ideas and campaigns into powerful, straightforward and engaging content.
The person will be responsible for developing content strategies, campaign concepts, scripts, copy and brand communication for Guru Outdoors, CityPulse and client campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy

· Develop monthly and campaign-wise content strategies.
· Create content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives.
· Identify relevant topics, trends and storytelling opportunities.
· Define the right content format, tone and communication for each platform.
· Build content pillars for Guru Outdoors and CityPulse.

2. Copywriting & Content Creation

· Write LinkedIn posts, social media captions, website content and campaign copy.
· Develop creative headlines, hooks, taglines and CTAs.
· Write scripts for Reels, videos, interviews and brand films.
· Develop case studies,



success stories and client campaign narratives.
· Convert complex advertising/OOH concepts into simple, easy-to-understand communication.

3. CityPulse Content

· Develop the content narrative for the CityPulse brand.
· Create pre-launch, launch and post-launch communication.
· Develop storytelling around CityPulse's technology, mobility, reach, visibility and impact.
· Create content concepts for sales presentations and client communication.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create content that supports lead generation.

4. Campaign Concept Development

· Generate campaign ideas for Guru Outdoors, CityPulse and clients.
· Develop campaign themes, creative directions and communication concepts.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions with design, video, marketing and sales teams.
· Ensure every campaign has a clear message, audience and objective.

5. Brand Communication
