As a Workday Finance Senior Associate you will focus on providing consulting services for Workday finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and use within our business application consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and understanding of the broader business context. Responsibilities

• Analyzing client finance requirements and translating them into Workday configuration approaches
• Implementing Workday Financials solutions that support financial processes, reporting, and transaction handling
• Reviewing design documents, process flows, and configuration choices for alignment with client objectives
• Supporting testing cycles by preparing scenarios, validating results, and documenting issues and resolutions
• Developing Workday finance deliverables for assigned workstreams within broader client service engagements
