The role involves coordinating with structural drawings, preparing and verifyingBBS, monitoring steel consumption, and ensuring timely execution of reinforcement works in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.The candidate will work closely withtower execution teams, planning teams, and formwork teams to ensureefficient reinforcement installation and optimal steel utilization.Key ResponsibilitiesReinforcement PlanningPlan and managereinforcement activities for high-rise construction projects.Review structural drawings and prepareBar Bending Schedules (BBS)



for various structural elements including slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, and foundations.Ensure reinforcement planning aligns withconstruction schedules and formwork cycles.Execution ManagementOverseecutting, bending, and placement of reinforcement bars at site.Ensure reinforcement works are executedas per structural drawings, BBS, and project specifications.Coordinate reinforcement activities withformwork and concreting operations.Steel Consumption MonitoringMonitorsteel consumption and wastage levels across project sites.Ensureefficient use of reinforcement materials and minimize wastage.Maintain records forsteel reconciliation and material tracking.Coordination with Site TeamsCoordinate withTower Incharges, Civil Engineers, and Formwork Teams to ensure proper sequencing of reinforcement works.Provide technical guidance to site engineers and supervisors regardingreinforcement detailing and placement.Resolve
