Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an ASR and AI Transcription Specialist (English Language | wps 65). The specialist will work with automated speech recognition (ASR) and AI-driven transcription tools to accurately convert spoken English audio into written text. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and correcting machine-generated transcripts, ensuring proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting,



and maintaining high accuracy standards across various audio types and accents. The role involves performing quality checks, labeling or annotating audio data for AI training, and following established style guides and confidentiality protocols. The specialist will collaborate with team members, provide feedback on tool performance, and support process improvements to enhance transcription workflows and AI models.
Qualifications

• Strong English language proficiency with excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation; ability to type at approximately 65 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Experience working with ASR or AI transcription platforms and comfort with using digital tools, productivity software, and web-based applications.
• Attention to detail and strong quality-control mindset, including the ability to review, edit, and proofread transcripts for consistency and correctness.
