We are looking for a highly skilled, service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for technical support, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional end-user experience across multiple regions.
You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, configure and install software, and provide explicit, effective assistance across various platforms and devices. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset.

What You Will Do:
End-User Support:
· Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for remote employees.
· Troubleshoot issues with laptops, desktops, VPN, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices.
· Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks.
· Manage support tickets and participate in on-call rotation.
Infrastructure & Cloud Support:
· Assist with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic network services.
· Perform administrative tasks in AWS (EC2, IAM, S3).
· Collaborate with System Administrators for cloud troubleshooting.
System Monitoring & Documentation:




· Conduct system health checks and software updates.
· Maintain internal documentation.
· Respond to alerts and resolve issues proactively.
Team Communication:
· Coordinate with the IT team.
· Participate in daily standups and cross-time zone communication.
· Provide technical guidance to non-technical users.
What You Will Bring:
· Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
· Degree or diploma in IT or related field.
· IT certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
· 3+ years of IT support experience.
· Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
· Experience with Linux is an asset.
· Proficiency with remote support tools and networking.
· Familiarity with AWS services.
· Excellent problem solving skills.
· Experience in remote or international support environments.
