Role Description The Head of Sales Department is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara, responsible for leading and overseeing the entire sales function for Brij Group’s residential projects. This role includes setting sales targets, developing sales strategies,



and monitoring performance to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing and mentoring the sales team, driving account management activities, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing buyers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. The Head of Sales Department will collaborate with marketing, finance, and project teams to align sales plans with launch schedules, pricing, and inventory management. This position also requires preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and recommending improvements to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and booking targets.
