Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation and Digital Banking projects from initiation through implementation.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Drive digital initiatives across Banking, Fin Tech, Payments, and customer-facing digital platforms.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, and senior management.

- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and delivery milestones.

- Lead cross-functional and distributed teams using Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.

- Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.

- Manage stakeholder communication, governance, status reporting, and steering committee updates.

- Coordinate with technology teams for solution delivery, integration, testing, deployment, and production rollout.

- Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of digital technologies and processes.
