- 8 12 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure operations, Windows engineering, security remediation, and/or patch management.

- Strong hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise Windows Server environments.

- Strong knowledge of Windows OS patching and enterprise patch-management processes.

- Demonstrated experience in security vulnerability remediation and Windows server hardening.

- Strong understanding of vulnerability prioritization, remediation SLAs, security risk, and compliance requirements.

- Ability to analyze security findings and translate them into appropriate Windows infrastructure remediation activities.

- Robust troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis capabilities.

- Ability to coordinate effectively across Security Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, Database, and Middleware teams.

- Strong technical documentation, reporting, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to operate effectively within controlled Change Management and production-support environments.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts and support out-of-hours/weekend patching windows when required.
