Job Overview:

This is a Test Technician position within the GPU compiler team at Hyderabad. In this role the candidate will be working on a team responsible for doing Lab Support duties and testing our Chipset software. The role involves a good mix of hands on testing of the products and collaborating with various project teams in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate must have strong communication skills, must be an effective team player, and must be able to work independently. All Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity on their teams, and in the Company.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in a technical LAB environment.
- Hands on experience working on Windows/Linux environments.
- Mobile testing experience on Android and Windows.
- Ability to execute tests in Manual/Automated environments.




- Good communication at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines.
- Team Player, able to collaborate and provide input to multifunctional team.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and independent, capable of working with limited supervision, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with mobile handset testing and knowledge of testing smartphones.
- Experience in executing manual and automated test cases and troubleshooting software problems.
- Ability to work individually and in a team setting with developers, system engineers and test engineers.
- Ability to maintain flexibility in work assignments and complete tasks on time.
