What we are looking for We are looking for a Talent Acquisition - Intern to join our team.

This position requires a blend of those who can learn and implement developed strategies to find candidates for consulting/ product/analytics businesses and find creative ways of sourcing top talent.

What you’ll do Working/sourcing on Job portals, Intranet page, careers page to increase the traffic, engaging through various social media like Facebook, Linked In, Git Hub etc.

Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment including but not limited to sourcing potential employees' resumes,



Screening, organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies across India C US market.

Collect feedback from internal stakeholders and new hires for process improvement Handling Employee Referral program.

Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters What you’ll do Undergraduate or graduate degree in commerce, management, HR with strong academic background is required.

Experience in recruiting will be a plus Strong verbal, written and collaboration skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal stakeholders.

Excellent record-keeping, people management, organizational skills and an ability to multi-task with a go-getter attitude.

Valuable computer literacy with capability in MS Office suite (Outlook, MS Excel, MS Power Point) and related HR software is highly preferred 60; Powered by JazzHR
