Job Summary
We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the School Finance vertical in Agra. The role involves acquiring and managing schools and educational institutions as clients for financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools and educational institutions in the assigned territory for financing needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, trustees and management
- Explain loan products, assess requirements and collect the required documents
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets
- Keep client records and follow company compliance guidelines
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in school or education finance, or in SME or secured-loan sales: [add years]
- Good knowledge of the Agra education market
- Robust communication, relationship-building and target-delivery skills
- Willing to do field visits (two-wheeler and valid DL, if required)
