About the Role

CENTSTONE SERVICES is hiring an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for US-based non-IT requirements, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, negotiation, and placement.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with job portals, Boolean search techniques, and various US employment types.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT positions across multiple industries.

- Source qualified candidates using job boards, Linked In, databases, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.

- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and job requirements.





- Coordinate interviews, maintain regular candidate follow-ups, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS while meeting daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 Years of Hands-On US Non-IT Recruitment Experience Required.

- Strong Experience With Candidate Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, and Offer Follow-Up.

- Good Knowledge of US Staffing, Employment Types, and Tax Terms Including W2, C2C, and 1099.

- Experience Using Job Portals, Linked In, Boolean Search, and Applicant Tracking Systems such as CEIPAL.

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Negotiation, Time Management, and Candidate Engagement Skills.
