Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Cyber Identity Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across India, KSA and UAE.

Performance Focus

This is a target-driven Talent Acquisition role. Success will be measured through quality submissions, sourcing activity, pipeline development and successful placements.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive Talent Acquisition professional who can identify, screen and hire top talent across technology and functional roles using modern sourcing techniques, AI-powered recruitment methods and qualified networks. Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake through candidate onboarding.

- Manage client hiring requirements for both contract and permanent staffing.

- Manage client accounts and understand business hiring requirements.

- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for technology and functional roles.

- Create sourcing strategies based on individual business needs, roles and target markets.

- Support hiring across IT, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering and Product Engineering

Talent Sourcing Expertise -This position requires strong proactive sourcing skills.



The candidate should be comfortable finding talent beyond traditional job postings.

Required Experience

- 5 10 years of India domestic IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in client hiring for contract and permanent staffing.
- Experience recruiting technical and functional profiles.
- Strong understanding of IT and technology talent markets.
- Experience managing multiple active requirements simultaneously.

- Achieve assigned KRA and KPI targets consistently.
- Manage 5 8 active client roles at a time.

- Build and engage talent pipelines proactively.
- Use AI tools for candidate sourcing and screening.
