Location: Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra | Higher Education Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month Immediate Joining

Role Overview

Lead teaching quality, faculty capability, and student engagement through classroom observation, faculty development, curriculum review, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Background

- Retired Army professionals with robust academic/administrative experience

- 12–15 years in higher education, faculty development, or academic leadership

- Postgraduate qualification (Ph.D. preferred)

Key Focus Areas

- Classroom observation & teaching quality review

- Faculty training need analysis & development plans

- Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation

- Student engagement & academic quality improvement
