Job Title: CX / CRM / Sales Field Services Functional Lead

Key Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in CX / CRM / Sales domain.
- Solid hands-on experience in Field Service / Field Service Management (FSM).
- Functional consulting experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis and solution design.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate a small team and support the Project Manager.
- Should be capable of independently handling client discussions and functional delivery activities.
- Experience with Oracle Field Service / Oracle CX / CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Field Services functional discussions with clients.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Coordinate with functional/technical teams for delivery.
- Support the PM with functional coordination, dependencies and client communication.
- Drive issue resolution and ensure successful delivery of functional activities.
