Below is the JD for the SN FSO/CSM module. We have 2 positions open for Hyderabad or secondary Chennai location.
These two positions are expected to close asap. We need a dedicated spoc to identify the right talent.
5 6 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
2+ years of direct experience working with ServiceNow CSM and FSO applications.
Fundamental understanding of financial service workflows (e.g., banking operations, card management, or loan processing).
Integrations: Practical experience using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP web services
Languages & Scripting: Solid foundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAjax).
Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workspaces, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and ACLs.
