Position: OutSystems Mid Developer Location: Any Client's Location Work Type: Hybrid Job Type: Full Time Job Description:

- The OutSystems Mid Developer will design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
- The role requires 2 5 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience, with the ability to independently manage functional modules from requirement understanding through deployment and production support.
- The developer will also contribute to technical discussions, integrations, troubleshooting, and mentoring of junior team members

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy,



and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform and Service Studio.
- Independently manage assigned functional modules from requirements analysis through development, testing, deployment, and support.c. Develop application screens, workflows, business logic, data models, validations, and reusable application components.
- Design and implement integrations with external applications and services using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop and optimize database queries while ensuring appropriate relational data modelling and application performance.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and resolution of application defects and production incidents.
- Follow OutSystems development standards, security practices, architecture guidelines, reusable design principles, and documentation standards.
- Conduct basic technical reviews and provide development guidance and troubleshooting support to Junior OutSystems Developers.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, integration teams, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Computer Science,



Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline.
- 2 5 years of hands-on OutSystems application development experience in delivery/project environments.c. Good practical knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio and the application development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience developing Reactive Web applications and reusable OutSystems components.
- Practical experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating OutSystems with external systems.
- Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, data modelling, and query optimization.
- Ability to independently understand requirements and deliver assigned functional modules end-to-end.
- Experience with application debugging, defect resolution, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum development and delivery environments.
- Positive analytical, structured problem-solving, ownership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
- Fluent English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical, functional, and management stakeholders; Portuguese is desirable.
