Job Description:

- Strong SAP EHS functional expertise and experience in S/4HANA transformation programs

- Ability to lead business blueprinting, fit-gap workshops, and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and key users

- Experience reviewing and validating URS, FRS, process documentation, and solution designs

- Solid testing background including SIT, UAT, defect management, test case review, and business validation activities

- Experience supporting master data cleansing and harmonization activities

- Ability to review SAP EHS configurations and enhancements and challenge solution designs where required

- Experience with training, business readiness, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a global project environment

- Experience in Life Sciences, Chemicals, or other regulated industries is a strong plus
