Role Summary
The QA Engineer will be responsible for validating application functionality, executing test scenarios, identifying defects, and ensuring quality delivery of the Xpress Forms DAP journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test cases.
• Execute Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Integration Testing.
• Validate application workflows and customer journeys.
• Log and track defects using Jira.
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing.
• Support UAT activities and production validation.
• Coordinate with developers and business teams for defect resolution.
• Prepare test execution reports and status updates.
Required Skills
• 2 to 3 years of Manual Testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC.
• Experience in Functional and Regression Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and test management tools.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Exposure to API testing using Postman.
• Positive analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Exposure to Digital Banking platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
