We're looking for a Scrum Master who keeps projects moving, people aligned, and blockers out of the way.
What you'll do:
- Run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers and keep projects on track through delivery
- Work with the Product Owner to keep backlog prioritized
- Track progress in JIRA and share clear updates with stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- 4-5 years of experience, including hands on project delivery
- Robust understanding of Scrum & Agile
- Has CSM/PSM certification
- Working knowledge of JIRA, plus tools like Confluence or Azure DevOps
