Role

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused qualified to drive project management and production planning in our transformer spread across multiple facilities in India. The role will bridge the gap between customer delivery commitments, engineering, procurement, and shop-floor execution across Ayr Energy and our partner facilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget,



and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams, including Design, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and other departments, as well as with partner facilities to monitor the status of ongoing projects.
• Conduct contract review meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Conduct project kick-off with partner facilities.
• Coordinate with internal Cross-Border Project Management (PM) team to understand and implement change orders, if any, in collaboration with partner facilities.
• Coordinate drawing approvals & technical clarifications between partner factories and the internal Cross-Border PM team to ensure timely release for manufacturing.
• Monitor project schedules, track key milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks, delays and bottlenecks.
