Role Summary:
We are seeking a bright, high-potential Tech Transformation Leader with 12–15 years of overall experience (minimum 5+ years in transformation / enterprise solutions) to lead our AI-led transformation agenda. The role owns end-to-end delivery of programs spanning user experience modernization, AI and Generative AI initiatives, agentic automation and the broader enterprise transformation journey. The ideal candidate combines hands-on transformation experience with solid commercial acumen, the ability to build compelling business cases, and the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders across business,



technology and client organizations.
This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, requiring three days per week from the office.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI Transformation Leadership
•Define and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap, aligning AI, Generative AI and machine learning initiatives with business strategy and client outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional programs from ideation through pilot, scale-up and operationalization,
ensuring measurable ROI and sustained adoption.
• Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, model risk management and compliance
standards (including HIPAA and data privacy requirements) across all programs.
2. Innovation & Emerging Technology
• Continuously scan, evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (LLMs, multimodal AI, intelligent
document processing, conversational AI, low-code platforms) for applicability to healthcare
operations.
