Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1:1 online coding classes for students.
- Teach programming concepts according to the student’s age and skill level.
- Help students learn programming fundamentals, logic building and problem-solving.
- Teach languages/tools such as Python, Scratch, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Java, C/C++ or other relevant technologies based on expertise.
- Work on practical coding exercises, projects and assignments.
- Identify students’ learning gaps and provide personalised guidance.
- Encourage logical thinking, creativity and independent problem-solving.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure punctuality and complete the full session duration.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of programming and coding fundamentals.
- Prior experience in teaching coding to students is preferred.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Comfortable working with students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Good internet connection and a suitable setup for online classes.
