This role will contribute directly to client satisfaction, account continuity, and the effective delivery of digital marketing programs.

About the Role
As Client Servicing Executive, you will own day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of digital marketing clients and act as the primary point of contact. You will translate client requirements into clear delivery plans, coordinate internal teams, track commitments, and maintain momentum across multiple accounts. The role requires substantial client interaction, including regular meetings, presentations, performance updates, and follow-ups. You will independently manage at least four client accounts, understand performance marketing and SEO deliverables, and provide practical strategic inputs when clients raise questions or identify recent needs.
