Key Duties And Responsibilities Of The Role
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
• Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments to evaluate loan proposals in alignment with the bank’s credit policies.
• Manage the end-to-end loan lifecycle including application processing, documentation, disbursement, and monitoring of accounts.
• Identify and pursue current business opportunities within the MSME segment to achieve assigned portfolio growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client accounts regularly to identify early warning signals and implement proactive measures to mitigate credit risks.
