Role Description This full-time remote Junior Recruiter role at CAREERBLOC is target-based, with earnings up to ₹10,000 tied to performance. The Junior Recruiter will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating tracking sheets, and communicating clearly with candidates throughout the recruitment process. The Junior Recruiter will also assist in drafting job postings, following standardized hiring workflows, and meeting daily and weekly targets aligned with team goals.
Qualifications

• Ability to source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks, and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
• Strong communication skills,



including transparent verbal and written communication and the ability to conduct structured initial interviews.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes such as screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
• Comfort with remote work tools, including email, video conferencing platforms, and spreadsheets or applicant tracking systems.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates while meeting daily and weekly targets.
• Ability to build professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to defined recruitment processes and performance metrics.
• Preferred: Prior internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles; a diploma or degree in any discipline is an advantage but not mandatory.
