IS Senior Service Owner, Legal&Integrity;
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the prospect to define project planning strategies, select and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies, and lead the successful execution of global Legal & Integrity Information Systems initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, business analysts, and service teams to deliver solutions that support ABB's Legal and Integrity function worldwide.

This role is contributing to the Core IS Function - IS Legal & Integrity and
delivers services to Corporate Legal & Integrity colleagues globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Leading end-to-end delivery of global Information Systems projects within the Legal & Integrity portfolio.
• Defining all project documents jointly with stakeholders, including scope, business case, schedules, budgets, resource plans, governance, communication, and risk management plans.
• Managing multiple concurrent initiatives, including application implementations, system enhancements, vendor transitions, data migrations, compliance initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Supporting RFP, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and implementation activities for Legal and Integrity applications.
• Coordinating cross-functional project teams consisting of business stakeholders, external vendors, architects, developers, support teams, and business analysts.
• Monitoring project financials, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost tracking.
• Managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations while driving timely resolutions.
