Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Pune Division. Experience require 0 to 5 Years . The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective jewellery store clients. The role involves conducting product presentations and demos, engaging with decision-makers,



and clearly communicating how Online Munim’s solutions address operational challenges. The executive will manage key accounts, maintain long-term client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and gather market feedback to support product and sales improvements.
Qualifications

• Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on jewellery and retail technology solutions.
• Robust Business acumen and understanding of software-based solutions for operational efficiency.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in Account Management, maintaining client satisfaction and encouraging renewals and expansions.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, IT, or jewellery/retail solutions.
