Role Description The Relationship Manager role in Asansol is a full-time, in office position responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers,



channel partners, and internal stakeholders. In this role, the Relationship Manager engages with customers to understand their insurance needs, recommends suitable products, assists with proposals and documentation, and supports policy issuance and renewals. The role involves regularly visiting partner branches and distribution points, driving business growth, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of customer queries. The Relationship Manager also monitors portfolio performance, tracks sales targets, prepares periodic reports, and collaborates with underwriting and claims teams to support efficient operations. Consistent field interaction, local market development, and adherence to regulatory and company standards are core elements of the day-to-day work.
