Role Description The Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula, responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations for the property. Typical responsibilities include recording and reconciling financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing vouchers, invoices, and expense reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role involves monitoring accounts payable and receivable, assisting in cash and bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate documentation for audits and compliance. The Accounts Executive will also collaborate with hotel management to provide timely financial reports, support budgeting and cost-control initiatives, and uphold company policies and statutory requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles,



including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in numerical work, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
• Valuable communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with hotel operations and management teams.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Understanding of basic taxation, compliance, and audit support processes is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality accounting is beneficial .
