and maintain proper inward documentation.Coordinate with QA/QC teams for material inspection where required.Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records of construction materials, tools, and consumables.Update stock registers and inventory systems regularly.Monitor stock levels and inform the Stores Incharge regarding low stock or material shortages.Material IssuanceIssue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors based on approved material requisitions.Maintain records of material outward entries and consumption tracking.Ensure proper documentation for material movement from stores to site work fronts.Material Storage & HandlingEnsure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials within the store area.Monitor storage conditions to prevent material damage, theft, or wastage.Maintain organized and systematic store layouts and material segregation.Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain records of GRNs, material inward/outward registers, stock reports
