We work with mid-to-large organizations across the US and are HITRUST r2 certified and NCQA accredited. Our team is based in Bengaluru, and we serve the US market.

About the Role
We're launching a new program for US employers, offered through benefits brokers and consultants. As a Business Development Intern, you'll own outreach to these partners and help the employers they refer go from interest to launch. You'll work directly with our GTM team and learn how enterprise B2B sales works in the US benefits market.

What You'll Do
• Research and build lists of US perks brokers and consultants
• Run multi-channel outreach to brokers through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn, and follow up consistently




• Book short calls between interested brokers and our team
• Work with HR teams at referred employers to confirm their program choice and launch date
• Coordinate handoffs with our Customer Success team for setup and launch
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date across every broker and employer you manage
• Report weekly on outreach activity and results

What We're Looking For
• Excellent written English: clear, concise, and professional
• Confident spoken English and comfortable making cold calls to US professionals
• Persistence: comfortable following up and handling no-replies without losing momentum
• Strong organizational skills: able to manage dozens of conversations at different stages
• Comfortable with tools like spreadsheets, CRMs, and LinkedIn
• Able to work the 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST shift
• Recent graduate or final-year student in any discipline
