Your impact

In this role you will be responsible for project delivery, design management & project management, for positioning and winning projects involving a range of services. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.

Here’s What You Need

Senior Project Assistant

• Receipt of drawings and maintain the register for drawings received from HO
• Issue drawings to contractors through transmittal
• Receipt and distribution of incoming documents
• Maintain site filing system
• Assist Client in verification of contractor’s document for issue of gate passes




• Arrange and manage site transport for Jacobs Personnel
• Arrange staff accommodation for Jacobs Personnel
• Prepare / maintain site accounts
