Role Description The Travel Consultant at Edutour is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will plan and coordinate educational and cultural tours, including designing itineraries, arranging transportation and accommodation, and aligning trips with academic objectives.



Daily responsibilities include advising institutions and students on suitable travel options, managing bookings and reservations, and ensuring all travel logistics run smoothly and safely. The Travel Consultant will communicate with schools, colleges, and vendors, provide timely customer support before and during trips, and handle documentation such as invoices, confirmations, and travel reports. This role also involves monitoring budgets, resolving travel-related issues, and continually improving tour offerings based on participant feedback.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with experience planning group or educational tours.
• Ability to manage Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including transport, accommodation, and on-ground services.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and transparent communication.
• Knowledge of Indian destinations, culture, and geography
